Review: Ultra Video Converter is an application that allows users to encode video files of different formats, including AVI, 3GP, WMV and VOB. Once you start the program, will be greeted by a friendly user interface to follow three steps - add files (drag and drop method is not supported), set the output format and click the Convert button. But you can also set the output directory, preview the video in a small window in the lower right corner of the screen, so as configuration settings when it comes to video quality and size, the size and quality of sound, and voice. On the menu Settings can promote editing options on the video and audio codec, sample rate frequency decoder engine, deinterlace video source, the number of the CPU core and the class priority of the conversion process. You can also share the video by setting the start time and end load subtitle, select audio track, change the font size and interface language, set the action after termination (eg, exit program, shut down the computer), and more. Batch processing is not supported. The program uses a moderate amount of system resources, including step by step tutorial with photos and quickly complete a task. However, it was unable to convert some video formats during our tests (eg, RM, RMVB), but the picture and sound quality is pretty good in the output files after. Too bad the trial version is limited. Otherwise, we recommend Ultra Video Converter for most users.
